The FHKU Series is a compact inline flow sensor engineered for low-viscosity liquids. Designed for easy integration into beverage systems, water filtration units, chemical dosing setups, and industrial filtration lines, it delivers accurate volumetric measurement with a pulse output. Its small footprint and consistent performance make it ideal for both continuous and batch process applications.

The FHK and FHKU can be supplied as stand-alone units with an LCD display integrated into their upper part, or provided remotely via a cable. This device is ideal for applications such as checking for compliance with maintenance cycles in water filters with many functions, such as count-down, count-up, display of instantaneous flow rate, timed control, and data storage.

Recommended max torque for John Guest plastic threads when mating with BSP / BSPT fittings:

Plastic tubes - Polyethylene, nylon, and polyurethane conforming to the tolerances shown below. For soft tubing or thin wall tube, we recommend the use of tube inserts.
Braided tubes - Use of clamps to retain braided tube on barbs is recommended.
Soft metal tubes - Brass, copper, or mild steel.
Hard metal tubes - We do not recommend Super Speedfit fittings for hard metal or chromium-plated tubes.
