Chemical Inline Heater (25 to 80°C)

Setting temperature range of 25-80°C.  This inline unit provides heating and cooling temperature control. It is heavliy used for high temperarature heating of chemicals for RCA cleaning and wet etching. Wettted path is flourocarbon resin and high purity vitreous carbon and is compatible with acid and alkline chemicals as well as organic solvents.  (Guaranteed accuracy of +0.5C when setting temperature is 50-80C.)
