Semiconductor Equipment and Components for Manufacturing and Testing

Our comprehensive selection of semiconductor equipment and components for manufacturing and testing supports semiconductor manufacturers with high-quality process solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Edge Grinders (WBMs and CVPs)

As a premier manufacturer and distributor of wafer manufacturing equipment, we offer wafer beveling machines and edge grinders to prevent chipping and contamination of critical processes. Beveling machines offer superior accuracy and increased efficiency in a compact design to minimize edge damage with precision and functionality for ultimate performance. Edge grinders use a resin-bonded wheel to shape AS (as cut) wafers while reducing breakage and post-BG processing for industry-leading results.

Low-Noise Power Supplies

Low-noise power supplies prevent electronic noise generation and interference, which is essential for equipment sensitive to Electromagnetic interference (EMI). They are cost-effective, high-efficiency solutions that produce exceptionally low noise and low leakage current, and are RoHS-free, vinyl chloride-free, and halogen-free to meet UL, CSA, EN, and PSE safety standards.

High-Purity Valves

Critical for chemical delivery systems, high-purity valves prevent particulate contamination and provide chemical resistance to reduce process challenges. A single particle can destroy a process costing many thousands of dollars, making these UHP (Ultra High Purity) and UCT (Ultra Clean Technology) fluoropolymer components essential for controlling finished wafer quality through uniform film deposition and etching.

Liquid Temperature Control

With instantaneous, energy-efficient heating for process chemicals, liquid temperature control equipment maintains precise temperature levels to reduce the risk of spoiling or damaging products due to improper temperature. Liquid temperature control provides real-time monitoring data and improves processing cost-effectiveness.

Wet Sonic Cleaning

Wet sonic cleaning uses ultrasonic waves in liquid to remove particulates from wafers. It is a highly effective and efficient method, alternating low- and high-pressure phases to induce cavitation and provide intense scrubbing action with speed and consistency. The bubbles produced by cavitation are small enough to penetrate microscopic crevices for thorough cleaning.

Liquid Leak Detect Sensors

Designed to signal the leak of all liquids, liquid leak detect sensors can identify water, harsh chemicals, or other fluids before they cause environmental or structural damage. Liquid leak detect sensors use infrared light scattering with photo-refraction to sense liquid leaks, ensuring precise, reliable performance without moving components.

Semiconductor Spray Guns

High-purity semiconductor spray guns provide maintenance solutions for semiconductor equipment. They are used to clean silicon wafers, quartz tubes, glass substrates, and electronic components, and feature barbed fittings for hoses, braided hoses, or trickle flow ports.

Digmesa Flow Meters

In cleanroom environments, moving components create wear and tear that puts critical processes at risk of particulate contamination. Digmesa flow meters provide precise liquid measurement with continuous operation for high-use applications, providing outstanding quality and reliable, consistent performance.
