The SAGINOMIYA Karman vortex flow meter is a highly durable and highly precise liquid flow meter/ flow sensor having a simple structure free of movable parts. This meter is applicable for ordinary water, pure water, ultra pure water, chemicals, and other various fluids. Features:
- No moving parts
- Low pressure loss design ensures stable measurement over an extensive flow range.
- Pocket-free structure does not produce any particles so that it is also applicable to the UCT (ultra clean technology) field.
- Measurement capability starting at 400ml/min and up to 90L/min
- Accuracy +2% FS
- Allowable fluid temperature of up to 90ºC
- Fluid pressure up to 1MPa
Options:
- Resin body or SUS (stainless steel).
- Sensor output of frequency, 4 to 20mA analog, and/or NPN open collector outputs for low and high flow detection.
- External DC power supply or a battery power supply
- High purity all PFA wetted material construction
- Straight tube or Finallock fitting connections
